Founded by Michael Neale in 1962 following a career with Rolls-Royce and Glacier Metals, Neale Consulting Engineers Ltd. has developed a World reputation for tribology and practical problem solving and training in all areas of industry.
The Company's core specialisations are in tribology consultancy and tribology services - which the practice believes are fundamental to nearly every aspect of mechanical engineering.
As well as problem-solving, the Practice carries out design work, writes specifications, acts as Expert Witness and advises on product development.
The Company believes that its understanding of cause-and-effect failures has improved the safety of personnel who operate and maintain machinery and that its experience and lateral thinking abilities have helped to increase the profitability of its customers.
